The Tanoa Tusitala Hotel has been completely refurbished to a modern 4.5 star international hotel reflecting the beautiful elements of Samoan architecture and culture, just metres from Apia’s waterfront and a few minutes walk to the CBD.

Our courtyard is edged by hand-tied fales (traditional Samoan houses) with the swimming pool at the centre and the lobby, restaurants, bars and entertainment areas surrounding.

We have 95 spacious rooms each with air conditioning for your comfort and are between 34sqm – 40sqm with a balcony or self-contained patio area for those beautiful balmy evenings.

The rooms open out on to their own balcony or self contained patio which creates a cool relaxing space – ideal on ‘sticky’ tropical days.

DOUBLE DELUXE ROOMS With two double beds, these are a great option for families or friends travelling together. You have your own TV with cable channels, telephone and internet access.

KING DELUXE ROOMS Spacious, modern, stylish and comfortable with one king size bed. Relax in this tranquil space with tea and coffee making facilities, fridge, a large bathroom and dressing area.

JUNIOR SUITE This suite comprises a spacious bedroom with a king size bed and a large living area, large bathroom and dressing area and stylish decor for optimal relaxation and comfort.

We have 2 restaurants: the Tamarind Restaurant and our poolside Deck Bar. Swimming pool is edged in sun loungers and there is a children’s pool, tennis courts and we can provide babysitters. Reception is open 24 hours and we provide 24-hour room service. Wireless internet is available in some public areas

  • Palolo Deep Marine Reserve – A delightful spot only 5-minutes walk from central Apia.
  • Cross island road trip – to the beautiful south coast beaches and surf spots

The Tamarind Restaurant offers local and international cuisine and seats up to 36 guests.

The Deck is our poolside bar with a wide range of refreshments, as well as poolside snacks, pizza’s, deserts, cocktails and international wines and beers.

CONFERENCES / WEDDINGS

Our newly opened purpose-built air-conditioned conference, meeting and wedding facility offers full AV gear, secretariat room, Executive Boardroom for up to 15 people and a conference, meeting or wedding centre for up to 150 people. This facility can be divided into three rooms with seating capacities of 50 people each.
