The Tanoa Aspen Hotel, Queenstown is the highest situated hotel in Queenstown and offers 100 rooms across 4 main room accommodation types – allowing flexibility for holiday makers, sporting groups, skiers, families and business travellers.

Lake Facing Rooms With stunning views over Lake Wakatipu our 17 Lake Facing Rooms (12 have private balconies) are newly refurbished with king size split beds and ensuite bathroom with shower.

Superior Room We have 16 spacious Superior rooms with queen and single beds with views towards the majestic Ben Lomand Mountain Range. Some are interconnecting. 12 rooms open onto a private balcony or grassed courtyard area.

Courtyard Rooms We have 40 Courtyard Rooms, each with twin, triple or king bed configuration. All on the upper level, 19 of these rooms have a private balcony.

One Bedroom Apartments Our 5 One Bedroom Apartments have one queen sized bed with interconnecting rooms available to twin studio. They feature a kitchen and in-room internet, as well as a private balcony. 

Two Bedroom Apartments Our 4 Two Bedroom Apartments have a queen bed and two single beds and ensuite bathroom, making these ideal for families and groups. They feature a kitchen and in-room internet and a private balcony.

Tanoa Aspen has a restaurant for morning and evening meals and a Lounge Bar for a relaxing drink at the end of the day.

Panorama Restaurant and Lounge Bar boast unrivalled views overlooking the Remarkables and Lake Wakatipu.
Open 6.30am – 9.30am breakfast & 6.00pm – 9.30pm dinner

Panorama Bar serves great coffee, evening drinks and premium Central Otago wine. Offering a large screen TV with Sky channels, this is a great place to relax.
Open: 4.30pm until late



CONFERENCES/EVENTS

The Tanoa Room has capacity for up to 60 people theatre style, 50 people banquet style and 80 people for cocktails.

For weddings, we offer banquet seating for up to 50 people or cocktails for 80 people. Our private room is ideally suited for smaller more intimate wedding parties. For larger numbers, we can house up to 120.
