Set on the eastern coast of the southern South Island, Dunedin is the fourth-largest city in New Zealand with a population of 120,000. The city known for its impressive Victorian and Edwardian architecture, university and is the economic centre of the Otago region.
The Otago Peninsula, a few minutes from the resort, is a wildlife haven and home to a number of rare species including the Northern Royal Albatross, New Zealand Fur Seals, Sealions, Yellow-Eyed Penguins.
St Clair is known as one of New Zealand's best surfing beaches and is one of the 'must visit' spots in the city. Walk along the four kilometre beach or play golf at one of two championship golf courses.
