- SA consent must be in place plus all appropriate emergency services sign off.
Contracts for services eg - laundry, telecoms, internet
- Research the local suppliers
- Blackstone has relationships in place with national suppliers for linen
- Utility options would be evaluated based on cost / support and service offered.
- Tap into Blackstone agreements including service agreements reflecting a superior product.
- Ensure latest technology in place for all guests/ customers/ operators including the expectations of international convention groups. Eg - Must be WIFI throughout.
Procure supply agreements wet and dry goods
- Determine outlets needs? Restaurants / gyms/ and local resource available.

Establish rates in conjunction with brands
