Blackstone Hospitality Group is a fast growing New Zealand accommodation group operating four of its own hotels and motels in Auckland and servicing other properties with marketing and management services. This includes full service property management services and marketing solutions for hotels, motels and serviced apartments. Blackstone also markets a wider affiliate group of properties across the South Pacific under the Blackstone brand.

The Blackstone Hospitality Group is a wholly New Zealand-owned company specialising in the management services for serviced apartment, motel and other travellers’ accommodation along with residential and commercial property management. 

With a wealth of experience in the accommodation sector, we are able to help streamline and enhance all types of accommodation offerings for the benefit of owners, investors and guests. 

Visitors to Auckland need look no further than one of our four properties that cater for travellers ranging from 4.5 star to budget accommodation.  We have two premium serviced apartments - Chifley Suites Auckland is just off Queen St or The Chatham Auckland located at the top of the CBD in Pitt St.  The friendly team at 540 on Great South motel welcomes guests visiting South Auckland or travelling to the airport, while value for money travellers can stay downtown at City Travellers Auckland.

The Blackstone Group’s range of services includes full management, opening, sales, marketing and operational functions for all categories of short stay businesses with the emphasis on relieving the day to day responsibilty of management from owners and investors.

Through its multiple offerings, Blackstone has streamlined its efficiencies and operational costs through group service agreements for purchasing and supply along with centralised reservation and accounting/payroll services to reduce overheads for individual business units.  Blackstone exclusively markets the Bespoke range of New Zealand bathroom amenities, available at all travellers’ accommodation.

Blackstone and its travellers’ accommodation properties have a strong presence online with Facebook, Twitter, Flickr and YouTube social media activities; guest feedback on Trip Advisor is consistently positive.  Its online booking sites drive a large percentage of bookings.  The Blackstone website uses the latest booking portal technology providing seamless functionality for customers and reservations teams.

Overseeing Blackstone’s activities is the long term management team of Managing Director Bradley Burnett, Group Operations Manager Rebecca Liddle and Financial Controller Lawrence Montague.  Between them they have over 50 years’ extensive industry experience and are deeply involved with ensuring Blackstone provides outstanding service and value to owners, investors, clients and guests alike. Over the years they have built solid relationships with key industry players and participate in CBD community activities.

Blackstone is a member of the Hotel Council and the Motel Association of New Zealand along with the Auckland Heart of the City business group.  It is part of an affiliates programme with the Constellation Hotel Group (Australia), the St Claire Beach Resort (Dunedin) and the Tanoa Hotel Group (Vanuatu, Samoa, Fiji) providing cross promotion opportunities across Australasia.
